In deze podcast bespreekt prof. dr. ir. Koos van der Hoeven met dr. Juliette Degens en dr. Lizza Hendriks de belangrijkste resultaten van de CheckMate 816-studie: nivolumab plus platinabevattende chemotherapie als neoadjuvante behandeling bij volwassen patiënten met resectabel, PD-L1≥1%, hoog-risico op een recidief, stadium II-IIIA (7e TNM classificatie) niet-kleincellig longcarcinoom. Aan bod komen onder andere de studie-opzet, de belangrijkste resultaten (op basis van de SmPC en de presentatie op ESMO2023 welke in lijn is met de SmPC) en welke patiënten hiervoor in aanmerking komen.
